VISION &
PRIORITIES

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

Nearly 80% of our residents work from home or leave the city to work, and many families move away after their kids graduate - because there are no high-paying jobs to keep them here. We’re building office space, while other cities are building opportunity. It’s time to attract top-tier companies offering career-ready jobs that support families, retain talent, and keep Frisco a place where our kids can build their futures. ✅ Frisco must become a city where talent stays, builds, and leads, not one that exports its best and brightest. ✅ We will focus on bringing in and growing high-paying jobs that match the skills of our residents and keep opportunity here at home.

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY

Every contract should be visible. Every expense should be justified. And every decision should serve the public - not private interests. It’s time to build trust through clear checks and balances, better visibility into city finances, and open access to spending data. Responsible spending isn’t just about saving money. It’s about restoring public confidence through action, not words.

TRANSPARENT LEADERSHIP

Frisco deserves open conversations, not closed-door decisions. True leadership means bringing major discussions to the public dais, where residents can see who’s voting, why, and how it affects them. No more showmanship. No more secrecy. Taxpayers have a right to know how deals are made, who benefits, and where the money goes. Accountability isn’t built in the back room. It’s built in the open.

COMMUNITY SAFETY

Public safety is the foundation of a thriving community. Frisco’s reputation as one of the safest cities in the nation did not happen by accident, and we must never take it for granted. I will fully support our police officers, firefighters, and first responders by ensuring they have the staffing, training, and resources needed to keep pace with our city’s growth. As Frisco expands, our public safety planning and our critical infrastructure, including roads, utilities, communications systems, and emergency response networks, must expand with it. Protecting families also means safeguarding the systems that keep our city running. Strong investment in resilient infrastructure helps prevent disruption, strengthens emergency preparedness, and keeps neighborhoods secure. Keeping our community safe and protecting our quality of life will always be a top priority. Safety is not political. It is essential.

FULL SERVICE ANIMAL SHELTER

Frisco deserves a full service municipal animal shelter. For years, residents and animal advocates have asked for more than temporary solutions. They want a permanent facility that supports adoptions, lost pets, fostering, responsible intake, and community education. Before moving forward, we should conduct a thorough needs based assessment and feasibility study led by an independent third party that specializes in municipal animal services. An objective expert review will help us evaluate current capacity, projected growth, service gaps, costs, and long term operational needs. Just as important, it should include input from residents, volunteers, public safety officials, and city staff. The recent Letter of Intent for a short term holding site moved forward without that comprehensive evaluation. While it may address an immediate concern, it does not provide the long term solution our growing city requires. Given Frisco’s growth and resources, we can approach this thoughtfully, with transparency, sound planning, and data driven decision making. Our pets and their families deserve careful study and responsible investment. We should advocate for lasting infrastructure that reflects our values and meets the real needs of our community.
